Consultant for Membrane Technology and Industrial Process Developments Specializing in Waste Waters, Mining and Oil &Gas Industries, Carbon Dioxide Capture and Oxygen enrichment using proprietary membrane technology and element Design Manufacture Specialty Spiral Wound Membranes for extreme conditions pH 0-14, temperatures of up to 200° C. organic solvents liquids and gases like methane, CO2 and O2.

 

Consulted on 150,000 m3-d seawater for Chennai, India.

 

Consulted on three large mining AMD water applications-Newmont Mining Yanacocha, Peru; Newmont Mining Waihi, New Zealand; Zijin Copper Xiamen, China, Barrick Gold Alatchicama Peru, Barrick Goldstrike Nevada; Coldelco Copper Andina Pond,

 

Yamana Gold Chile and COPEC Copper Gold recovery from Tailings.

 

Supplied equipment, pervaporation elements and consulting for process water and gases at an ExxonMobil.

 

Designed new spiral wound element resistant to fouling from saturated calcium streams in mining waste waters.

 

Developed a new spiral wound Nanofiltration membrane element for specific purification of glycols and the separation mono-valent and divalent anions.

 

Consulted and Designed biological effluent waste water system based on 3 different membrane processes for a major food processor.
